 Intelligent Inspection, Rejection, and Sorting : Full Closed-Loop Control

An integrated real-time collection system identifies and verifies QR code content online, compares it with the code package for duplicates, or uploads it to the server. Upon detecting a read failure or duplicate code, the system immediately rejects the defective cap. It can also automatically sort caps into boxes according to preset quantities and can be used with a printer for intelligent management at the end of the production line.
